Clean Break Studio Hire
Clean Break's purpose-built studios in Kentish Town, North London provide a welcoming and peaceful space with disabled access for wheelchair users and easily accessible by public transport.
There are three studio spaces for hire. These are:
The Theatre, Studio 3 (10m x 6m / 35' x 20')

Black box rehearsal and performance space with access to lighting and sound systems including a 24-channel memory desk and PA.

Sprung wooden floor and windows down one side. Use of external exit and toilet facilities.
- Tea and coffee facilities provided.
Studio 1 (10.5m x 5.5m / 35' x 18')
Studio 2 (8m x 7m / 25' x 23')
- Two beautiful studios, light and airy, with sprung floors and one with mirrored wall (with option of curtain)
- White walls and wooden flooring.
- Fully heated.
- Tea and coffee facilities provided.
- Perfect for dance and drama workshops, and rehearsals.
